Replace & Shipping Policy

1. No Returns After Use

Books once delivered and used cannot be returned. Please ensure that the items you order meet your requirements before completing your purchase.

2. Eligible for Replacement

Replacement is applicable only under the following circumstances:

• The book received is physically damaged during delivery.
• The book has missing pages, misprints, or binding issues.
• You received a different book than the one ordered.
  
  

3. Time Frame

You must notify us of the issue within 48 hours of delivery. Requests made after this period will not be eligible for replacement.

4. Replacement Process

• Email us at support@zetroxreads.com with your order number, issue details, and clear photos of the book showing the defect/damage.
• Our team will review the request and confirm eligibility.
• Once approved, the defective book must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
• A replacement copy of the same book will be shipped to you at no extra cost.
  
  

5. Non-Eligible Cases

• Books that have been read or show signs of usage.
• Requests made after 48 hours of delivery.
• Issues related to personal preferences (e.g., content, storyline, or writing style).
  
  

6. Shipping Policy

We strive to deliver your books in a timely and secure manner. Below are the details of our shipping process:

• Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
• Shipping Days: Orders are shipped Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays).
• Delivery Time: Standard delivery within India usually takes 4–7 business days, depending on your location.
• Shipping Charges: Applicable shipping charges (if any) will be shown at checkout before payment.
• Order Tracking: Once shipped, you will receive tracking details via email/SMS for your order.
